La Jolla Swimmers Tackle English Channel

CONGRATULATIONS to our local swimmers whom recently completed their English Channel Swims.  WAY TO GO Steve Green, Barbara Held, Dave Smith & Cindy Walsh!!!  We look forward to seeing you back here at The Cove!

Also, ALL La Jolla Athletic Club Members: The website & blogging is a new addition to our club, but as many of you have formerly done BIG ATHLETIC EVENTS (swim races, triathlons, body boarding competitions, marathons, & so on). Please feel free to fill us in on your successes & experiences!
